Peaceful Retirement Lifestyle at Toby’s Inlet Estate

After a few years of researching and finding a few retirement villages, Ron and Kay Raynor eventually sold their two-hectare property in the Swan Valley and moved into a 3-bedroom-plus-study home in Dunsborough.

Friends and family asked us why Dunsborough, and we explained that it was simply something that makes us happy, said Mr. Raynor.

When you are entering the village, you would feel like that you drive into a small private property as the jacaranda tree-lined in the entrance leads to wide streets where there are many brick homes with various designs and colours, all of these features create an attractive and unique street scape.

More importantly, we wanted some places which are reasonably close to medical and shopping. Also, we also wanted to live somewhere which was pet-friendly since we are owning a much-loved 4-legged family member.

The village features a wide range of affordable and attractive retirement living options for seniors and retirees who are over 55. These include a community center with a bowling green, function room, gymnasium, pool room, heated swimming pool, and an extensive library with free DVDs and books.

Daren Woolcoot – General Manager of Commercial Services at Toby’s Inlet Estate – said that Dunsborough was a very sought-after place for seniors and retirees in Perth, with its widespread reputation for being friendly with pets.

Toby’s Inlet Estate is a close-knit, welcoming, and vibrant community that provides seniors with the opportunities to get the fullest pleasure from their retirement, he said.

There will always be something happening inside the village and you can also find wonderful people who try to make the most of these great activities.

The majority of the bigger houses are well fitted and designed with shopper doors and double lock-up garages which can be accessed the remote control. This provides easy and secure access directly into their homes.

We have researched carefully where we want to live, and Toby’s Inlet Estate is just the most impressive option, said Mrs. Raynor.

The world “impress” actually keeps coming up to our mind, from the variety of facilities to the vibrant atmosphere on offer.

We have made a great number of new friends and met a lot of people coming from different backgrounds who are also enjoying their life here as well.

The properties are located in a serene area and have a variety of spacious house designs with many wheelchair-friendly passages and doorways.
